Overview of Topic:
Chemistry is centered around the interactions between elements, called reactions.  These reactions result in new substances, and combinations of elements, which have different properties together than those of the original elements.  The properties of these new substances may make them valuable to our lives, for useful materials, medicines, or even air purification.​ All of this depends on the teeny-tiny particles called electrons.
